• I’m using WCMp to let multiple restaurants use the same site for take-out orders, and when the restaurant (vendor) is looking at their order, the add-ons are showing incorrectly (by which I mean not in plain english). Screenshot here.

Can anyone help? It isn’t showing like that on the WooCommerce orders page.

Unfortunately, the Product Add-ons plugin is not fully compatible with the WCMp plugin. As a result, you will see some functionality not working properly. The reason the WooCommerce orders page is supported, this page uses core standard WooCommerce functionality which is compatible with Product Add-ons. Other functionality of the WCMp unique to their plugin will not properly display Product Add-ons meta data as shown in your screenshot.

If more users express interest in the Product Add-on plugin and using it for WCMp, we will review and understand the effort to support compatibility officially in the future.

I totally understand, you can’t make your plugin compatible with everything. I’m working with a full-stack developer on this, could you point us in the right direction for how to fix it on our own? e.g. “WCMp must be pulling X data field instead of Y, which is what WooCommerce uses for its interface.”

    Thanks!
