Erro ao gerar boletos

Um lojista meu reclamou de um grave problema na Iugu, que parece que já tá acontecendo há umas semanas.
Ao finalizar a compra na loja escolhendo a op??o de boleto na Iugu, o pedido é enviado para a loja porém o boleto n?o é gerado e é exibida a mensagem “Sua sess?o expirou”.
O log da Iugu traz o seguinte:

Sendo assim, tivemos de desativar e usar outro intermediador de boletos.
