I have installed the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin that has been working really well, it always points out this error:

“The scheduled event fs_install_sync_the-events-calendar has not been run. Your website is still working, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automatic updates will not work as expected.”

Can’t see any reference to this into our plugin source code. Can you check if your Cron tasks are running ok?

Also, do you have any staging environment where we can try to run some tests and figure out what’s happening?

I have the same issue using:
– Ocean WP theme
-The Events Calendar
-Short Code and Templates Add-Ons (Pro) which is an Add-On listed on The Events Calendar site.

I have the same issue. The Site Health Status widget said:

I have the basic TEC 5.2.1 on WP 5.5.1 with Enfold theme and no TEC plugins.

Installed
Event Tickets Plus, no extensions or add-ons. I am looking through my other plugins to see if they might have an impact.

I don’t currently have a staging setup. I’m looking into that with my host provider.
