Erro Login WP – GeoIP Redeclare

    Hi, tried to login today on my wordpress blog and got this error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare geoip_country_code_by_name() in /home/s001933/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-insert/includes/common/geoip/geoip.inc on line 438

    Haven’t made any change in the last 3 months, not even WP update. Any idea what can have caused this?
