Error on the website with weird signs ???

I started my computer today and i wanted to do something on my website.
And now i get this, i havent changed a thing in a while just the regulair update’s and such.
i am wondering if someone can help me with this, would be appriciated.
the rest of the site works, just some pages display this.
if i use firefox or chrome doenst make a difference.

When i go to the homepage – https://www.biogenetic.nl it works
but when i go to other pages like this one – https://biogenetic.nl/product-categorie/bodemverbeteraars/
it doesnt work.

its now working agian.
they problem was in w3 cache.
I was combining it with leverage caching , together the never gave trouble and gave better results on gtmetrix then just one of them.
maybe you have suggestions about this ?
youll probarly know this also, what i a good way to serve scaled images, since it the only point i can aprove atm at cspeed?
