Erroneous Margins

    Hey folks. Just working on a new design for my site, and something weird has occured while working on the basic layout (of all things!). As you can see here the top and bottom divs do not display their top and bottom margins respectively; for what reason I do not know.
    Any suggestions?

    (I guess it’s something ridiculously simple that I’ve missed)
