    Hi dear,

    I am using Glint theme. I can’t import demo data by one click or manually. It’s show Error: error (0). Can you please help me to solve this issue?

    I’m going to check in with our development team about this. In the meantime, try disabling your other plugins before importing data. This way, we can rule out any additional plugin conflicts.

    Hi there @alaminmollik,

    I heard back from our team about this. We had a similar case in the past with the same error, which turned out to be a server-side issue. In that case, the process was running out of RAM. Try reaching out to your host to see if they can raise your memory limit. That may get you around this issue.
