Error “0”

    There seems to be a problem with the plugin. I installed your plugin with “WPForms Lite” and after a few hours, when I try to submit a form (by pressing the Send button), I get a blank page with a “0” on it, as shown in the attached picture. After deactivating the plugin, it seems to work normally.

    I contacted my Hosting provider and they said that the problem is in your plugin and that i should contact you. If you could help me out, would be appreciated

    It looks like there is a conflict somewhere.

    Could you help to:

    1. Provide us a screenshot/screencast of how you facing the issue.
    2. Provide us the debug log for us to take a look.

    Hello, i edited the wp-config.php file via FileZilla but i dont get any debug.log. It simple to create the same error. You just need a WPForms Lite with a simple form and protect that page with your plugin. After you enter the password to enter that page and fill the form and after clicking Sumbit button, the next thing that happens is a blank page with error “0” on it. It only happens on the pages which are password protected.

    Thank you for the information.

    It looks like the issue is related to your site configuration.

    We tried to reproduce the issue on our demo site but were unable to do so. Our plugin is working properly with the WP Form Lite plugin.

    We created a demo page here: https://preventdirectaccess.com/demo/demo-wp-form-lite/. You can try this out. It is protected by PPWP, and the password is test.

    After unlocking the page, you fill in the information on the form and submit it, and it works properly.
