Error : “0: Sender email is not valid” with connection to Mailjet

    Hello,

    I have this error that I receive from WordPress backend when people try to subscribe to newsletter subscribing form (Mailjet).

    I don’t know what I have to change to correct this error.

    Hello @stashhouse ????,

    Please note that the sender email in Settings > Email Campaign > Sender email has to be a valid/verified sender email in your Mailjet account.

    Please do that and it will be fixed.

    indeed I went to mailjet backend and I saw my client didn’t confirm the sender email address ??
