Error 0003: Error 1055: Something went wrong. Unable to find reviews.

    Hi

    My Setup

    • WordPress v6.6.2
    • WP Google Review Slider v16.1 (free)
    • The feed: Google Places ID, Crawl, newest
    • Currently I have 57 reviews in my list, last one from 25-09-2025
    • WordFence v8.0.4

    The Error

    Error 0003: Error 1055: Something went wrong. Unable to find reviews. Please try again using Search Terms. Or contact us for help. Error Code: 0

    The Issue

    When I use the button Download Reviews I get the error shown above, briefly and my reviews are not updated.

    The Question

    • How can I fix this error?
    • Do all crawls, free and pro, come from your server?
    • When the error message appears, it only briefly appears and then disappears, can this be fixed so the error stay permanently?
