I am receiving multiple errors :

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in /home/MYDIRECTORY/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery-powertags/nextgen-gallery-powertags.php on line 232.

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/MYDIRECTORY/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery-powertags/nextgen-gallery-powertags.php on line 132 and defined in /home/garysoff/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990.

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in /home/garysoff/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery-powertags/nextgen-gallery-powertags.php on line 83.

I have over 250 images in my gallery (if that is possibly causing the error to occur).

I then see my tag links and my gallery. I can click on the tag to filter by the tag, but it is above the first paragraph in my post and not where I inserted the shortcode.

Any suggestions as to what I’ve done wrong.

I’ve decided not to use this plugin.

I’m sorry, I was away these days… if you change idea and you need help just ask.

No probs, I think what I want to do isn’t possible when using a light box effect.

I was hoping to filter images by a tag name and only have those images displayed within the light box.

It seems no matter how I try, I’m always getting the light box effect including all images on the page, not just the selected tag.

As I’m not expert in WordPress, I thought it best to leave it (the plugin) alone and leave everything as it was.

    Thank you for responding.

Uhmm I’m not sure about that: if you check my demo (that is a real site, this plugin was initially created for this one) you will notice that clicking for all images (it’s “tutto” in italian):

    https://www.escursioniasinara.com/mercatino/

allows to see all images in lightbox.

Instead, filtering by tag, for example “vela”:

    https://www.escursioniasinara.com/mercatino/?gallerytag=vela

also the lightbox images are filtered.

Hi, I’ve tried using the plugin again, but this time using a different page and different gallery, but and am still having the same issues.

This is a link to the current webpage on which I am trying to use the plugin on.

Any idea as to why the plugin breaks for me.

This is the shortcode that I am using

    [nggpowertags all_word=”All” tagmenu_sep=” | ” gallery=”71″]

I would also like the tags to appear under the “Photo Album” heading and not above the heading.

Thank you for taking the time to check and follow up with me. It is appreciated.

Hi Jardry, first of all I tried to solve the warning, so please update it to the last version – 1.3.a – and let me know (I’ve tried to better handle errors but I haven’t this error, so I just supposed what can be the issue and I’m not sure if I’ve solved it).

    Same thing here…

After a good meal at the end of year I got a great desire to solve this problem ??
Try to see if the 1.4 version is good.

Hi, the update fixed one error I was getting, but I still have this error:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/garysoff/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery-powertags/nextgen-gallery-powertags.php on line 131 and defined in /home/garysoff/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990

This error appears at the top of the page (above the header image) as well as in the body of the page.

The separator a (as below) also appear above the header and in the body.

    All | December 19 | December 20 | December 21 | December 22

This is the start of the text in the page:

We travelled on the SeaLink ferry to Kangaroo Island for a short holiday just before Christmas.

Photo Album (this is a heading)
THIS IS WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO DISPLAY THE SEPARATORS

Please refer back to the linked web page to see what I am reporting.

    Thanks for supporting your plugin.

    You are welcome.

I think that now, with this 1.4.1, we have got it.
    Please, let me know.

    Cheers.

1.4.1 has fixed the issues I was having.

    All now looks good.

As a feature request for a possible future update, would it be possible to add a default tag variable so that it starts by only displaying the images from the default tag? If it’s there already I’ve obviously missed it!

    For example – [nggpowertags all_word=”All” tagmenu_sep=” | ” default_tag=”December 19″ gallery=”71″]

Great work in fixing the issues that I had with your plugin.

    Thanks Jandry.

The “start tag” feature sounds as a cool improvement. I’ll do it surely asap.

For now I set the status of this issue to “resolved”.

Feel free to comment out also on my personal website:
