Error 1211 for international shipments

    Hi,

    I just added 2 price zones in my SHM admin backend.
    When I select one of them (Germany or United States), I get an error 1211. Then when I click the ‘back to online shop’ button, the page keeps loading. Pressing the back button in my browser brings me back instantly to my checkout page, so you might consider replacing that button with a ‘back’ function.

    What causes this 1211 error?

    Dear Pieter,

    Thanks for your feedback. The error 1211 means that there is a format error. In general the error comes from the field order total price (orderTotalPrice) sent to SHM which contains invalid integer (must be in eurocent) like ‘,’ or ‘.’ .

    Staging one. Bpost shipping is not active on the live one.

    Hi,

    On my staging site, the plugin keeps loading on international orders when I select a country outside Belgium (Verenigde Staten van Amerika is the one I tested). Maybe it’s my connection, can you check on your end?

    I can confirm that the configuration for international delivery is now OK in SHM but the problem persists only with specific countries.

    @antidot, could you please continue your investigation. Note that for Germany it’s working fine but for Verenigde Staten van Amerika the order is well created in SHM but on front-end, the page is stucked on the loading icon.

    I have the same problem for United States, Great Britain and Luxembourg. Not for Germany, Netherlands and France. Don’t know if other countries are affected but is quite possible.
