    Hi Guys,
    Hoping for some assistance here..receiving this error message on the woo commerce log..

    attempting product update :: A product with the provided ID does not exist in the account for this list.

    Hi @mygreenfootprint, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – Have you recently deleted products from your store?
    – Are you on a shared hosting plan? If so, what provider?
    – What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?
    – Do you have any caching plugins or services running?
    – Have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall?

    HI Khungate,
    All plugins are up to date so running the latest version;
    No haven’t deleted any products from the store at all;
    Wordpress version is the latest version as well, all up to date;
    I have Hummingbird running;
    Haven’t tried a uninstall and reinstall..

    Hi guys, will I loose all campgain settings and list contacts that are currently in mailchimp by uninstalling and reinstalling plugin in?

    Hi @mygreenfootprint, no, you won’t lose any contacts. But, if you have any automations running you may need to replicate those after re-installation.

    Hi Khungate,
    Yes stil a problem. I have reached out to Mailchimp again to see if they can assist. I will come back to and let you know if it’s reaovled or otherwise.

    Hi Khungate,

    so I still have the two issues. Mailchimp is looking into the duplicated address problem. Which leaves the phone number and birthday fields which are not syncing to mailchimp.
    Now I’m very new at all of this and I understood that all that was required was that I ensure the woocommerce checkout name field was the same as the default merge tag value in Mailchimp. But a little research appears to indicate its not this simple and that I need to include function code to make this happen.

    Are you able to confirm whether function code is required for this action or whether it can be achieved through the plugin?

    If function code is required are you able to advise the code and the location for it to be inserted in child theme?

    If able to be achived through plugin can you please advise steps?

    Hi @mygreenfootprint! My apologies in the delay in getting back to you. With custom merge tags and birthday fields, you’ll need to engage a 3rd party developer to achieve the desired workflow for your Woo store if you haven’t already.
