    jQuery(‘[data-toggle=”tooltip”]’).tooltip();

    The above line is creating an error.

    TypeError: jQuery(…).tooltip is not a functionnews:389:40

    It seems to be causing your bad reviews as this does stop responsive menus from working.

    Can you fix this?
