    On a new post the LISTEN TO now button plays the commercial and then when it tries to play the article it gives “An error has occurred. Please try again later”.

    All other 20,000 plus posts are working. Seems like this one got stuck somewhere. On post, I tried disabling/publishing/enabling/publishing to see if that re-set it. No go. I went to admin panel to see if your UI had an option to re-calibrate a post, it did not.

    What is the solution? Do I have to go into DB to remove the audio file and get it reset? Or there something else going on here?

    We post about 20 per day so I really need to know in case this happens again. Advise please
