  • Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience. It appears that you are having a plugin conflict with Analytify’s date range results on the dashboard.

Is there any new plugin you have installed or updated recently after which the problem started to appear?

    Hi,

The only plugin that i updated was woocommerce. No new plugins.

I have just tested with the latest version of WooCoommerce but there is nothing appears to be wrong.

I would like to look further into your issue and need some additional details, please contact us via our support forum.

If you are using Pro version then go to Analytify settings > Help (tab) and send us Email Support including the diagnostic information

For the free version, simply go to this link here and provide your Diagnostic Information along with your message.

    Looking forward!

Same error here…any news? Should I open a ticket myself, too?!

    best,
    Marco

    Hey @markwalls

Don’t worry just provide your email address and the website URL, will look into it.

Sometimes a non-English site causes the error in Analytify reports for which we have already developed a fix and it will be in the next update soon.

    Terrific!
