    OK, I see you still weren’t able to include the contents of the error log.

    One other thing to try would be to temporarily switch the theme to a core theme like Twenty Twenty. It could be a theme compatibility issue. If you switch to Twenty Twenty does the issue go away? If so, you may need to contact the theme author to resolve the issue.
