Hi! As of today the beautiful plugin (last version) no longer works on our site. Here’s what appears when we try to use any available feature. If the error persists, we will uninstall it. Thank you very much.

For everyone who is encountering issue, please absolutely:

    • Mention your AI Engine version
    • PHP version
    • PHP Error Logs (maybe the last 5-6 lines after trying the plugin)

I can fix it right away if you share with me this ??

      1.3.53

Hi @musicletter! Please try 1.3.54 ?? Let me know if it fixes it.

Hi Jordy. We tried. Unfortunately the error persists. Always the same.

Any news about the error? Thanks

Do you have the issue with 1.3.62? Can you check your PHP Error Logs again @musicletter ?

    Thread Starter musicletter

    (@musicletter)

@tigroumeow Unfortunately even with version 1.3.62 it doesn’t work.

The error can’t be exactly the same as last time though, because I tried to fixed it for you (basically, to make something clearer for your install, since your install was looking for the PHP files in the wrong place, I am not sure why). Can you try to share the exact error?

    Thread Starter musicletter

    (@musicletter)

The error is still the same as I reported previously. The plugin is always updated to the latest version. The php version is the 8.1.8. The only thing I can tell you is that the main directory of our site is musicletter.it/home

    Plugin Author Jordy Meow

    (@tigroumeow)

You mean the error is exactly this?

    Uncaught?Error: Failed opening required ‘classes/init.php’?

    Thread Starter musicletter

    (@musicletter)

Unfortunately we are not programmers but simple users. So we cannot tell you technically and exactly what the error is, we can tell you that when we try to dialogue with ChatGPT or to create an article, the system returns us the error that we have already reported at the beginning of this report. (HERE) Everything worked perfectly before. The plugins used on the site are always the same.

    Dear @tigroumeow.

Not finding a solution, despite ourselves, we deactivate the plugin for now, hoping to reactivate it soon.

    Thank you
