error 18 years of age

I have a WooCommerce Checkout Manager and set up Required option 18 year of age for pay on my store https://prntscr.com/lenq67.
If i turn on apple pay button, customers can not pay because tha button will be in a cart and a required fild 18 years of age is in chackout page and user have this mistake https://prntscr.com/lenjot.
How can i fix it ?
