Please update the plugin version 1.4.6 and tell me if you are having the same issue again?

In fact few libraries/extensions were used to make this plugin secure and worthy but its rare that every hosting/server will have the same PHP settings. I am working on requirement console, so you will be able to view what are the requirements.

Thank you for the responses. I did update the plugin on both sites. And now its seems the KBD Settings screen is completely blank. I do not see errors, just a blank white page.

One of the things I did before even posting here was to ask my host provider to make sure the site that was delivering the original error to update the PHP to match the PHP version and setting on the site that worked. However even after that was done I had the error on the one and not the other. I had my host also check and update the zlib files too.

Unfortunately, I am more of a designer than programmer so I’m not sure how to interpret the mycrypt information either.

I’ll be happy to check into whatever you might suggest to resolve this.

Is it not working on both sites now? And suggest me that how can i look into your environment?

Is it possible if i send the next build to you only? Instead of commit to WordPress plugins directory? Because it will be teasing for the others to update this plugin again and again. I might will require you quick responses either here or on my blog “plugin” post. We can fix it soon.

Thank you Jacquie, the problem is sorted out. I will update the file with alternative function where mycrypt won’t be supported. Have a look into your blogs and let me know if KBD is working as expected?
