    Hi Cris,

    I have contacted you via WP BackItUp support portal five days ago and I have sent you an e-mail on June 14. You can easily check out my correspondence with your colleague Jeremy. Unfortunately, he asked me what license I’m using and after that the support has ended (June 15).

    Sorry for the confusion. We are working on it and we were able to send a response. The ticket id is 422. I am not sure if you got the email but I sent it again today so we can proceed and fix this asap.

    Unfortunately we dont offer team viewer support but tell me a bit more about whats going on. When does your screen go blank, when the backup starts or when you login to your dashboard?
