Error 366

    i have the following error : Warning: file_get_contents(https://www.geoplugin.net/php.gp?ip=90.14.212.15) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/tyrannoe/www/wp-content/plugins/gwebpro-store-locator/gwebpro-store-locator.php on line 366

    In an old post about this error, it is told that the variable allow_url_fopen must be set to “ON”.

    when i check my phpinfo, that is the case.

    Directive Local Value Master Value
    allow_call_time_pass_reference On On
    allow_url_fopen On On
    allow_url_include Off Off

    Do you have another solution or a bypass ?
