Its a personal account. You have advised me via Facebook messenger that its a known issue, being worked upon. I have changed to a different plugin for that reason.

We’ve confirmed that this issue is affecting personal accounts.

If you have a business accounts connected to a page you can switch to the Business Account method.

We’re working to solve this issue as soon as possible.

This issue is related to the new Facebook app permissions requirements for personal accounts.

We have now submitted the app for review. We hope that this time we meet all the requirements.
