Error 403 & no site or wp-login after upgrade to 2.7

  • I have manually upgraded to 2.7 and now just have a 403 error on both my home page and my wp-login.php / wp-admin.php pages.

    Does anyone have any ideas, starting very simply please!

    I have successfully upgraded to 2.7 on another site, so am a bit mystified.
