    Hello,

    I have a problem, since version 5.1.2

If I leave the plugin active, whether it’s version 5.1.2, 5.1.3 or 5.1.4, I systematically get the 403 error.

For me to be able to use the plugin, I have to stay on version 5.1.1 and there it works correctly.

Can you help me fix this problem so I can update the plugin?

    Thank you!

    Hi @ald182

Sorry for late reply I do have cross checked and there is no any conflict with woocommerce and our latest versions like 5.1.1 or 5.1.2 or higher updating to those and latest version it works fine.

can you please delete wp-content\uploads\aios\firewall-rules\settings.php and check mostly latest version this includes php based firewall and hope if any thing related making issue it will work and allow to update. note you need to set firewall and blacklist and cookie based brute force again if disabled.

    Hi @hjogiupdraftplus,

I just tried the procedure you indicated by deleting the settings.php file

I updated by installing version 5.1.4

Unfortunately I got the 403 error again ??

    Hello,
FYI even if it does not help the problem, I changed host a week ago and the problem remains.

    Hi @ald182

Basically 403 error comes due to Firewall rule or user agent, IP blacklisted. Or login white list on for login page.

Here if you removed the .htaccess all code between,

“BEGIN All In One WP Security”

“END All In One WP Security”

    Also removed the wp-content\uploads\aios\firewall-rules\settings.php

And Login whitelist not enabled then it should be some thing configuration issue.

Can you please create a staging site and provide me access to check,

I can try to find and solve the issue.

    Regards
