Hello. When migrating a site using Duplicator, and following the instructions, I have set the permissions to 777 and achieved the migration successfully. However, when trying to set the correct permissions (644 and 755) the site displays a 403 error.
If I keep them at 777 it works perfectly, however it is insecure and I would prefer not to do it.
Any idea what may be happening? I have other sites on the same server and I don’t have this problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mcataldi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please ask your website’s host support for the error logs of your website and check them? this should give you a direction to where the problem comes from.

If the log file doesn’t include sensitive information about your website, you can upload it to an uploading platform and share it with us to check it.

    Thanks!

Hi! Only one line changes/appears when opening the new site:

core:crit] [pid 16814] (13)Permission denied: [client] AH00529: sitepath/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable and that 'sitepath' is executable

.htaccess has 0755 and sitepath has 0644.

    Thx a lot.

    Hi?@mcataldi,

Can you please give the .htaccess?file the permission 0644 and retry the migration?
