error 404

  • Help please,

    I recently updated my mystique theme on my blog which can be found here;
    blogtastic.org.uk
    However, ever since I have done so when you click on the post I get a 404 error. presently nobody is able to leave any comments and I don’t know why.

    I am a novice to blogging so I am seeking some expert advice to get me out of a fix.
