Hello, I did the steps inside the cpanel I created a subdomain * .mydomaind.com, I also saw in the records “Zone File Record” and it was already created for * .mydomaind.com, I also went to SSL certificate and if it is installed for the subdomain However I get a 404 error, what could be causing this?

I am interested in the PRO version, but if the problem is not solved in the free version, I cannot upgrade to the pro version.

This is could be due to two reasons.
    1) incorrect directory pointed to wildcard, Make sure your wildcard directory is same as root domain.
    2) You have to wait atleast 24 hours to wildcard to propogate.

When I created a subdomain with *.domain.com this directory _wildcard_ was created automatically in the hosting, so it seems to be pointing there to that folder within the domain directory, Is it wrong that it is pointing to that folder called _wildcard_?

pd: The root folder of the domain is public_html/miemprendimientodigital.club/

    and not public_html/miemprendimientodigital.club/_wildcard_

Indeed that was the error, simply the subdomain must redirect to the main domain and it works
