Error 404, log in, new theme, site url and wordpress url

  • Hi
    so I have just downloaded wordpress
    I transferred the files using Cyberduck as my FTP and managed to log in to my wordpress and install a theme and then I was in settings and I decided to change my site and wordpress urls because they were katierose.co.uk/wordpress/wordpress which i thought was a bit much so i changed it to /blog and then when I went back to log in I am now just getting an error 404 page, there is nothing on my site and the log in page is wrong..
    should I de-install and re-upload or something?
    Have I ruined it completely..??

    I am a complete technophobe and would really appreciate simple advice!
