• Using Jigoshop 1.6.5 WP 3.5.1 Site is https://screamingfromthegallery.com/
I get error 404 page not found when going to my checkout page. I have left it in the menu so anyone here can check and see the exact error. What do I do to fix? New here and slightly confused. using Sports Grunge Theme that supports jigoshop. When I try to pay I also do not get redirected to Paypal. I think it is part of the issue with the error. Thanks

Tried, say it is a Wp issue, so who knows. They seem to say it is a WP issue with URLS and the pages I made here at Wp.

What happens if you reset your permalinks to use the default structure?

Esmi, thanks for looking! I tried default and two other permalink options all have no affect. Jigo says this on a board but I have no idea why I would need a FTP to change the settings in WP. If FTP is required sort of lost.

Q: When I click on some web links, I get error 404 – not found. How to solve this?

    A: Steps to perform:

open WordPress in a tab on a browser and go to WordPress’s Permalinks settings page

via FTP access, delete the htaccess file in your WordPress installation folder (usually in the root folder)

click Save permalinks on the browser tab you already opened.

If still doesn’t work, repeat from the step 1. but add the following step:

    1a) reset Permalinks to Default

I think you need to speak to Jigoshop again about this. The forum I posted a link to is part of these forums – not an external one. So we’ll still see both your posts and Jigoshop’s replies.

Also now as I try to reset my /%postname%/ permalink it seems to bump me to the one above, even after save. When I try to set it to /%postname%/ it will not take, It seems to take /%postname% without the (/) at the end I do not think this is right….or is it?
Esmi, as you requested I posted this in Jigo too,but it appears to a ghost town there.

Please give it some time. You only posted in there 12 minutes ago! It may take a day or so for someone to get back to you.
