Error 404 – Not Found. in view post

it’s because you have your url in the permalinks field – you can’t do that
dashboard – settings – permalinks

review this for correct structures to use

Like it says on the page Sam linked to, using only /%postname%/ is recommended against. It can cause problems like random 404’s. If you switch to one of the other options or put a numeric in front like /%year%/%postname%/ it would probably fix the problem.

go there and choose one of the options and save the page and your posts will work
