Error 404 page not found trying access wp-admin/tools.php?page=view-broken-links

Hello,
When I’m trying access to this page domain .com / wp-admin/tools.php?page=view-broken-links I can’t see anything and Worpress show me an error like a page not found: Error 404.
This is only happening to me in one of my sites, not in the others… so I don’t know which is the real reason.
I’d like to solve the problem but I didn’t know how to deal with it.

This shouldn’t happen, do you have some kind of rewrite rules in your web server maybe?Have you tried uninstalling and installing the extension?
Are you able to access the plugin settings page (wp-admin/options-general.php?page=link-checker-settings)?
Are you able to access the following URLs:
wp-content/plugins/broken-link-checker/readme.txt
wp-content/plugins/broken-link-checker/css/links-page.css
wp-content/plugins/broken-link-checker/images/youtube-embed.pngHave you checked that all the relevant files are installed correctly and have the right permissions for the web server/php to read them? To see if you have missing files, compare to the Github repo:

I can access to all urls that you wrote.
I uninstalled and activated again the plugin.
I downloaded again the plugin through wp repository’s and after that uploaded by filezilla…
Nothing works…
I’m going to write to my hosting provider. Triying to search a solution.
