Hello, I have a problem caused by a conflict with the woocommerce plugin, when I deactivate it the problem disappears, but I need it to continue the project, could you help?

When the woocommerce plugin is active, I can’t edit any page or Elementor template, it returns the following message:

Preview cannot be loaded | Error 404 – Click here to preview debug

The message that appears when clicking the debug link is as follows:

include(): Failed opening '' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lsws/lsphp74/share/pear:/usr/local/lsws/lsphp74/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/ usr/share/php')

    Hi there,

It seems like you’re encountering a conflict between the WooCommerce plugin and either your theme or another plugin. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Update Plugins and Theme: Make sure all your plugins, including WooCommerce and Elementor, are updated to their latest versions. Sometimes conflicts arise due to outdated software.
    2. Check for Theme Compatibility: Ensure that your theme is compatible with both WooCommerce and Elementor. Some themes may not play well with certain plugins, leading to conflicts.
    3. Disable Other Plugins: Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and Elementor to see if the issue persists. If the problem disappears, reactivate the plugins one by one until you identify which one is causing the conflict.
    4. Switch to Default Theme: Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One to see if the issue is related to your current theme. If the problem goes away, it indicates a compatibility issue with your theme.
    5. Check Error Logs: If you have access to your website’s error logs, check for any error messages related to the conflict. This can provide valuable insights into what’s causing the issue.
    6. Review WooCommerce Settings: Review your WooCommerce settings, particularly any settings related to pages or permalinks. Make sure they’re properly configured according to your website’s needs.

    Hope this will help.

Hello @miloss84, thank you for your feedback, but before I started this topic I did extensive research and ALL THE OPTIONS INDICATED and even others had already been done without success.

All plugins are up to date, I use Elementor Pro with an active license and linked to my account (paid license) the theme used is the default one indicated by Elementor itself (Hello Theme), no other plugin works again when deactivated, only Woocommerce When activated, the mentioned problem appears.

In other words, it is a direct conflict between you and woocommerce, I believe you should analyze this for correction in an update, as this way it is not possible to continue working.

    Hi,

As you mentioned, you are using Elementor Pro on your website, can you please open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook. We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.
