Error 404 when trying to access the scan results

    Hello I got an scan result email from WP Shield security that my site has a suspect file on it, the issue is that I cannot access the scan results page, …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=icwp-wpsf-plugin&nav=scans&nav_sub=results

    Even the link from wp shield dashboard is giving me an error 404.

    Please advice
