Error 404.3 when trying to export to file. SSL timeout when trying to provide feedback. I’m not a developer or a web designer, so I don’t know anything about installing MIME maps or handlers.

Here’s some detail from the error page:
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map…

    Hi mpmorris,

    Thank you for reaching out.
    The error is very strange.
Where did it show up? Were you able to run an export successfully?

Thank you very much for responding. I have not been able to perform an export. The error occurs after selecting export to file using the AiO WP Migration plugin. The plugin creates the file, but when I click to download the resulting file, the 404.3 error occurs.

    Hi mpmorris,

It looks like your server does not support .wpress mime type.
Could you download the .wpress file that you have exported via FTP (wp-content/ai1wm-backups) instead?

    Best,
