    Hi,

When trying to install Ninja Firewall Full WAF Sith Litespeed I have an error 500 directly and I need to delete htaccess and deactivate the plugin from FTP to have my website back…

Any documentation to resolve this problem ?

    Thanks
    Samuel

    1. Is this your server or a shared hosting account? If you have access to Litespeed admin console, you can add the firewall directive there.
    2. Did you already have an .htaccess prior to installing NinjaFirewall?

With Apache, this issue is often due to the AllowOverride directive not being set to All. Maybe Litespeed thrown the same 500 error if it isn’t set?
See this post (scroll down to “500 Server Internal Error”).

Problem resolved, don’t know really how but uninstall / reinstall and it’s working.

As I get you, I have an issue that I can’t resolve with Wp Rocket : preload is really slow. I’m waiting for their support but nothing coming for now, so I saw in their documentation that we could put this lines in “white list” WP Rocket/Partial_Preload, WP Rocket/Preload, WP Rocket/Sitemaps

Do you know where I can put this in white list of Ninja ?

    Thanks

You can use the .htninja configuration file.
