@magixxx I cannot find a valid Place ID for your business. What Place ID are you using here?

Please use the Place ID Finder with your business’s name (not the address) and ensure it is for your business’s location in The Netherlands and not another place.

I’ve checked the link and the very long Place ID (it looks too long) is causing an error at Google’s side.

@magixxx I’ve just sent you an email reply to your direct support request.

One thing that I noticed is the invalid URL in the data-link of the main element there.

You can override the default action that should be:

    https://search.google.com/local/reviews?placeid=ChIJGcL3zsjoxUcRaiWlMeUQDSE

by using the link parameter with your own preference of URL. Did you manually set your overall badge link to your own choice of URL?

@magixxx There is a mistake in Shortcode you used:

    [reviews_rating theme="badge tiny narrow" class="no-outline" place_id="EjFSYWFkaHVpc3N0cmFhdCAxOSwgMjEwMSBIQyBIZWVtc3RlZGUsIE5ldGhlcmxhbmRzIlASTgo0CjIJO8xrz8joxUcR9wL1P93TFnMaHgsQ7sHuoQEaFAoSCWc9xTrJ6MVHEZnifzojwTOSDBATKhQKEgn7-zjYyOjFRxEQIKv7Ln_yTA" count=false limit=0]

The Place ID is invalid and not within your catalogue. It should be just:

    [reviews_rating theme="badge tiny narrow" class="no-outline" count=false limit=0]

Using an invalid Place ID will only affect the URLs it produces rather than the summary here. This is why it is used in the link to Google’s reviews and returns the error.
