    Hello,

I have looked around and nobody had the same problem unfortunatly.

I changed my hosting provider and had to install my backup of wordpress onto my new provider and constantly got a critical error for wordpress. After deaktivating all plugins i noticed it was because of the TrustIO google review plugin.

Now i totally uninstalled etc. but i am not able to delete the shortcode ([trustindex no-registration=google]) with elementor, which is still there. I always get Elementor Error 500 when trying to save my changes after deleting the shortcode.

Another problem is that when i reinstall the plugin and activate and try to configure it, my whole website crashes when i want to choose my layout. And yes i have totally uninstalled it and installed it again, activated the plugin updates and reinstalled the database contents which was is a feature in your plugin.

Unfortunatly i am not able to solve this problem. Please help. I just want it to work and i think its because the shortcode is still in elementor. Is there a way to delete it?

I am not even able to normally “edit” a site without elementor. When clicking the button i instantly get a wordpress critical error message.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @kilian089 !

Please make sure everything is uptodate: the WordPress plugin version, the Elementor version and PHP version.

Please check the webserver logs too, there should be info about the 500 error.

If these don’t help, something must have gone wrong during the moving of the server.

    Let us know what happens!

Feel free to write us, if you need any assistance,

    Update:

    • I deleted the database and plugin and reinstalled everything.
    • After reinstalling the plugin, the plugin and website crashes after step 3 of the configuration. Unfortunatly i still get the same “Fatal error” error-message I have sent you and my whole website is down because of the “critical wordpress error”

    Hey @liditrudex ,

Unfortunatly I am not able to save my changes when deleting the short code in Elementor. And I am not able to edit my site without Elementor. When clicking “edit” i receive a “critical error in wordpress”

=> This problem only comes when clicking “edit” on the homepage where the shortcode is located. All other pages are working totally fine.

I still get the same error message log and when trying to save my elementorchanges I additionally get:

[23-Mar-2023 10:13:47 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /www/htdocs/w01dd92f/monsec-webdesign.de/app/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2153

So no unfortunatly that did not work. (And yes I deleted the Plugin beforehand)

    Update:

I deleted the affected home-site including the plugin beforehand.

Now i tried to reinstall the plugin and after step 3 of the configuration i still get the same issue (my whole website crashes). I guess I have to completly resetup wordpress and start from 0 if nobody replies. Please fix this issue!

For anybody new: Do not install this plugin if you want to move hoster

FYI: I also tried copying the elementor-blocks to a new home-site on the same wordpress account but all styling information is totally gone.

    Hi @kilian089!

As I see, you have critical error because of your site is not configured for more memory usage (you have run out of allowed memory of PHP).

After you have moved your site to another provider, you have to double check the system setups, also your memory settings as well. I think, the problem comes from this part.

Also, if your Elementor doesn’t allow you to edit your site, then the problem comes from Elementor, not from our plugin, so you should ask them, why you cannot delete a shortcode from that site. (just an idea)

Finally, I want to ask you that you have sent us two different errors, so which error is now actual? The last “our of memory” error only?

Please provide us a troubleshooting tab content from your Trustindex plugin settings, in order to investigate the problem.

    Thanks in advance,
    Trustindex
