    Hi,

The bug is fixed, thank you for the bug reports! To start working with the new version, remove the plugin via the FTP client and install it from the repository again.

Please specify. Plugin needs to be deleted only through FTP? Can not be deleted through the admin panel?
I’ve already restored the backup. The admin panel and site work. Plug-in of the old version can be updated in the usual way, without fear of repeating the error?

I had the same error. Just upload previous version and overwrite everything, you need to check some stuff like custom login and so…

    Hi,

I understand your concern, just contact me on skype, I will on-line help you fix the problem, if it will. We will update together and if the error recurs, I will help you to deactivate the plugin without backup.

I am having the same error on all of my sites… horrible QC to allow this to go out as an update. You’ve effectively wasted my day….

    Hi,

    1. What version of Php do you use?
    2. What is your version of WordPress?
    3. What are your installed plugins?

I think this is a php error. Try to turn on php errors and take a screenshot that you will see on your screen after the activation of the new version.

There is a good instruction on how to enable php errors:
    https://digwp.com/2009/07/monitor-php-errors-wordpress/

P.S. I understand your concern, but we’ve been testing the plugin for a long time, maybe it’s some kind of conflict with one of your plugins. I want to help you solve the problem, but I need more information about this bug.

    Best regards, Alex
