Error 500 after disable troubleshooting mode

    Good day everyone. Last night I enabled health check troubleshooting mode and after that, I disable it. I got an HTTP error 500 on my website after disable the troubleshooting mode.
    Right now my website is inaccessible after disable troubleshooting mode. I have cleared the file in mu/plugins but didn’t help at all.
    Any idea how to access back to my website. I can login to my cpanel only.

    I look into my debug files and got this error message:

    Hi,

    I’m not familiar with your theme there, but it seems to expect WooCommerce to always exist, and when it doesn’t exist it is throwing out an error.

    What you will have to do in this scenario is use an FTP client or similar (or your webhosts file manager if they have one), go to /wp-content/themes/, there should be a folder named xstore there, rename that folder to xstore_old or similar. This will allow you to login to the admin area, enable the WooCommerce plugin, and then you can rename the folder back and it should be working as intended again.

    I’m afraid I can’t speak for how this happened, but if you are able to login and could provide us with the information from the Debug Information tab of the plugin, that would be super and we could use it to try and replicate what happened and see if we can find the source and look into ways of preventing this in the future.

    Hi Marius,

    Now i able to access my website. Thank you for your help.

    The debug info has gone as last night I have deleted the HC plugin folder once I failed to access my website.

    If i install back the HC plugin the debug info still there?
