Error 500 after upgrade from plus to pro

  • I got error 500 after install the pro version fastcgi exception

    The plus and basic version works perfect. But if I activate the pro plugin I get error 500 at the backend and frontend. If I reload the page sometime it works.

    Memory is set to 256m
    Php version is 5.6.3 on windows iis
    I have tried to deactivate all over plugins

    Can anyone help?
