    Hello.

On my new website I’ve got some problems. First no icon on the admin dashboard. Then error 500 in inspect element for main.min.css and general.min.css, also for page_backups.min.js.
It’s like all folder of assets isn’t accessible.

In settings I can’t do anything

When I want to download a backup I’ve got a blank modal but if I remove the display none inside id I’ve got something like that :

Thanks for waiting. Preparatioin 0% Please enter your private key to decrypt your backup.

Is it a linux permission problem ?

    PHP Version: 7.2.5-1+0~20180505045740.21+stretch~1.gbpca2fa6
    Plugin version: 3.6.0

No I’m only using the free version. No problem on some other website

Well, it was a problem with the .htaccess in your plugin. I had this error in apache

    Require not allowed here

I had to remove it (not sure it’s the best idea but …)

Yes it’s fixed but certainly not with the best way. I don’t think that deleting .htaccess is a great idea.

This may be a problem with my virtualhost. I will send an email !
