Error 500 and unable to get to WordPress admin login

We were having issues with our website. After contacting our hosting company some files were deleted. After contacting them again, they restored the files. The website did not restore. A restore was attempted with the WordPress backup, but to no avail. Now the site has the http error 500. We are unable to access the admin wordpress login. We have tried the steps for deactivating the plugins. The error log shows this:
