• We were having issues with our website. After contacting our hosting company some files were deleted. After contacting them again, they restored the files. The website did not restore. A restore was attempted with the WordPress backup, but to no avail. Now the site has the http error 500. We are unable to access the admin wordpress login. We have tried the steps for deactivating the plugins. The error log shows this:

  • Hi! What you posted are warnings, there is no 500 error.

If your hosting company didn’t provide a way to automatically restore s web site from backup, you need to think about it later. It’s essential to keep your site working.

If your hosting company deleted some files, you can try to restore WordPress yourself.
Possibly (without information about the actual error it’s impossible to say), some files are still missing.

If your site will be working again, you can go to ‘Tools ? Site Health’ to see if there are problems with PHP version or some other issues.
