Error 500 and White Page when I want to Modify Page

  • Hello,

    When I want to modify one page, only a white page with nothing onit appears, as you can see on the screenshoot… When I want to go on my website’s dashboard, I’ve an Error 500

    The only way to “resolve” this and work on my website is to :
    1/Go on my FTP and rename visual-portfolio in visual-portfolio.disabled
    2/ Refresh the page and go to Extension
    3/Erase Cache and reactivate the plugin Visual-Portfolio
    4/See this error message https://zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=19/21/9squ.png
    5/Rename visual-portfolio.disabled in visual-portfolio in my FTP
    6/Refresh, go to extensions, reactivate visual-portfolio and pray to see it works…

    For information, Visual-Portfolio is recommended with my theme “Leedo”.

    Hi.

    I have never got this error with our plugin. Have you tried to use the plugin with default themes and without 3rd-party plugins? Because there may be a conflict with some of the installed plugins/themes.

    I need some exact info, what exactly caused the error. Maybe enabled WP_DEBUG will help with it.
