Error 500, Can′t access backend, log included

  • Hi,
    the website works since years and I never did any maintenance on it. Now I need to chang I tiny bit and… TAADAMM… I can′t access the backend. Sometimes just a white screen appears, sometimes error 500.

    What I did sofar:
    Tried Firefox and chrome
    Deleted Browser cache
    Renamed the plug in directory (didn′t help, changed it back)
    Activated debugging and got a long logfile…

    What should I try next?
