• I updated UpdraftPlus and then backed up my site using updraftplus. When I tried to log in I just got the Error 500 message. I have been getting a warning that I needed to update PHP but I didn’t know how to do that.
I looked in the error log in the database and it is referring to something about PHP but I have no Idea. I do have several backups saved in my google drive if that helps.
I have no idea how to restore without using the Admin Panel in my website.
Can anyone please help get the site restored?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Try this:
do you have access to your webhosting account?
using the file manager in Cpanel area of webhosting —-
you can temporarily disable updrafts plus plugin by renaming the folder
see if that helps so you can get into your admin panel.

consult with your webhosting vendor about PHP updates.

I had the same problem, it happened because of PHP 5.6 and 7.x differences

I open Cpanel, “MultiPhp Manager”, choose the partition, change the PHP version 7.0 as 5.6, apply, then when i login to admin panel again i deleted that plugin. and turn into 7.0 PHP in Cpanel
