    Hi.

WP Cerber 8.2 produces 500 error during export using Safari, Firefox and Chrome (failed export). We’re still using WP 4.9.8 for support reasons.

    Thanks.

Hi! Please check the server error log for PHP errors.

Hi. There doesn’t seem to be a PHP error, only error 500 in Apache as shown in the access log. It has completely baffled us since it’s working on another site in the same server. We also have a pro license we probably should contact support there.

Yes, PHP errors usually are written to the Apache error log. What does that 500 Error tell? Try to export a small piece of the log, for instance, “Forms submissions”. Does it work?

P.S. If you use the PRO version, you should submit a ticket via our helpdesk: https://my.wpcerber.com/submit-ticket/

    Hi again.

With the latest version we tried exporting from Live Traffic instead of Activity and it works there. We just used that report for now until we can resolve this issue.

Is the report generation script on Traffic Inspector different from Dashboard? It’s a little strange.

    Thanks.

Yes, export files are generated by the two different parts of the code.
