Error 500, fully crashed website.

  • Plugin scan crashed the website and caused 500 error even for browsing.
    From the nginx logs:

    After deleting manually p3 plugin folder website started to work, but with errors. Deleted also p3-profiler.php from mu-plugins folder. Error seems disrepair.

    Is here anything to clean up after that kind of way of removing plugin?

  • Same error here. Any installation just causes immediate error 500. Not even able to use debugging.

    Had to delete the plugin manually.

    Sad. I was so excited to learn the plugin was updated for PHP7

    Same error here. But I can’t even access my dashboard ! How am I supposed to do then ? Please, help !

    @yaysa use FTP connection or your hosting panel file manager if available and manually remove p3 plugin from
    wp-content/plugins/p3-profiler/ also file p3-profiler.php from mu-plugins folder.

    We found out that when you run the test, your IP is doomed until someone with different ip stops the scan.

    Only person who launched the test gets error 500, site is functioning normally for others.

    I used a different IP and couldn’t even get the home page to load.

    The only way to fix was to go remove the plugin from the filesystem using sftp.

    If you’re finding this comment and need help, use your ftp or sftp to browse your files and go to this folder:

    <your website home>/wp-content/plugins

    You’ll see “p3-profiler” there as a directory. Delete this directory and your site will start working again.

    I had a similar problem of P3 taking the entire site down during an automatic scan. I also have Woocommerce installed on this website.
