Hi?@insich It seems like this is a plugin incompatibility issue. Kindly check check this link if you have a plugin installed??Which plugins is Matomo for WordPress known to be not compatible with?

Thanks, I checked the list and could not find any plugin I use. Before moving to another server with the same plugins the matomo worked fine.

Upon investigating, this issue is generally caused by missing files in your?matomo/?directory. To fix this issue, please reupload all files from the latest Matomo version to your server.

If after re-uploading all the files from the latest version you still experience this issue, try to restart the web server.

Please let us know how it goes.

This does not work. The error is the same like before.

Hello @insich since the previous troubleshooting steps didn’t work, this might be a possible bug. I have created a bug report in GitHub so our developers can check on this You can check and provide additional information by going to this link: https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo-for-wordpress/issues/816
