Error 500 in console on sending form

I’ve tried enabling both WP_DEBUG but also query monitor, I cannot obtain any error. I’ve obtain only the arrows of the form spinning without sending the form.

Unfortunately without a specific error message I am not able to assist you.

There could be multiple reasons why your are getting a 500 internal error.

You can try the following:

1. test with a different theme, (enable twentytwenty theme and test your form).
2. increase the memory of your server.

I tried your form on the page you linked, but it is working fine for me, so I can’t inspect it either.

it is working because it is a live website and if enable your plugin all the forms stop to work…. so i’m forced to disable the grid plugin
